FAQ

Your questions about moving

Price, timing, insurance, difficult access: what we are asked most often.

The price depends on the volume to be moved, the distance between the two addresses, the floors and whether there is a lift, and the options you choose. That is why we do not publish a single rate: we prepare a free, personalised quote, sent within 24 working hours, stating the final amount.

Yes. You describe your move, we send you a detailed price. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote, and no payment is requested online.

Ideally allow two to three weeks to secure the date that suits you. Month ends and end-of-lease periods are the busiest. For an urgent move, call us: weekday slots are often still available.

Our movers protect furniture with blankets, straps and covers, and our liability is covered during transport. If something is damaged, report it on delivery: we record it together and help you with the claim.

Someone must be present at both addresses, you or a person you trust. Somebody has to open up, say where the boxes go and check that nothing is left behind.

Not always. For a studio or a small flat, the information in the form is enough. For a house, a large volume or a business move, we offer a free survey, on site or by video call.

Yes, on request. We deliver boxes, bubble wrap and tape before the day, so you can pack at your own pace. This option is priced separately in the quote.

Yes. Wardrobes, beds, flat-pack furniture and worktops are dismantled on departure and reassembled on arrival, with screws kept and labelled. Mention it in your request so the time is planned in.

We use the stairs: that is our job. Just tell us at the quote stage: a third floor without a lift takes longer and sometimes needs an extra person in the crew.

It is strongly recommended. In most Belgian municipalities, the permit to occupy the public road must be requested two to three weeks in advance from the municipal administration or the police. A van parked far from the entrance lengthens the job, and therefore the invoice.

Yes. We are based in Liège but we move people across Belgium: Wallonia, Brussels and Flanders, including from one region to another.

Yes, for gaps between two leases. Your belongings are kept in a dry, locked space for as long as you need. Mention it in your quote request.

We work Monday to Saturday, and on Sunday by arrangement. For the same volume, a weekday move is usually cheaper than a Saturday at the end of the month.

Because our offer is built to stay affordable: short formats for small volumes, cheaper weekday slots, and a quote that says plainly what is included. We move students, families and businesses alike.
