Some clients pack everything themselves and only entrust us with the transport; others ask us to take care of it all, boxes included. Both are possible, and so is everything in between.

Packing and unpacking
Boxes supplied, crockery and fragile items packed, labelling room by room. On arrival, unpacking and putting away if you wish.
Dismantling and reassembly
Wardrobes, beds, flat-pack furniture and worktops: dismantled on departure, reassembled on arrival, screws kept and labelled.
End-of-lease cleaning
A home handed back clean means a rental deposit returned. We clean the emptied property, floors, bathrooms and windows included.
Storage
A gap between two leases? We store your belongings in a dry, locked space for as long as needed.

Yes, each option is priced separately in the quote. Some customers pack everything themselves and only ask us to transport, others hand over the lot, boxes included: both work, and so does anything in between.
From a few days between two leases to several months. The duration is agreed in advance because it drives the price; it can still be extended along the way if your new home becomes available later than planned.
We hand the property back clean — floors, bathroom, kitchen, reachable windows — in the condition expected at an outgoing inventory of fixtures. Tenant repairs are a separate matter and have to be settled with the landlord.
We load them separately and take them to the appropriate channel: recycling centre, bulky waste collection or donation depending on their condition. State the volume involved in your quote request — it is priced like any other option.
