Namur brings together two groups that move a great deal: students from UNamur and the university college, concentrated around the centre and the Rue de Bruxelles, and staff of the regional administrations based in Jambes and Saint-Servais. The centre is a large pedestrian zone with delivery windows regulated by the city: a parking permit is almost always required, and it must be requested in advance. Jambes and Bouge, by contrast, offer newer buildings with lifts and parking, where a move runs distinctly faster, and therefore cheaper.
