That is the most common arrangement. We schedule the transfer outside your opening hours — evenings, weekends or a closing day — so your teams find usable workstations when they return.
We disconnect, protect and reassemble the workstations. Network configuration and bringing servers back online remain your IT provider's responsibility: we coordinate our schedule with theirs so they can step in as soon as the equipment is in place.
Archives travel in sealed crates, labelled by department and destination, with a transport inventory: you know what left and what arrived. A confidentiality agreement can be signed beforehand if your sector requires it.
Yes. The quote and the invoice are issued in the company's name, with the applicable Belgian VAT and the company number, so they can be recorded as a business expense.
